Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Foxel for anything illegal, harmful to others, or that threatens the integrity of the Services. Specifically, you will not:

• Violate any law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent tax information.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Store malware, viruses, or exploits in the document vault.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Services, except where expressly allowed by law.
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited commercial messages via the Services.
• Impersonate anyone, including Foxel staff.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Services without a written agreement.
• Access anyone else's account or data.
• Use the Services for weapons, narcotics, adult entertainment, or other prohibited industries without written agreement.
• Attempt to defeat rate limiting, authentication, or audit systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy and will cooperate with law enforcement when required.
